Orders that are eligible for Return that received FREE shipping will be refunded minus the shipping costs from original purchase.

Sale items discounted 20% or greater do not qualify for free shipping. Alternative Groove will send an invoice for shipping the next business day for these orders. Once paid the purchase will ship. 

For security purposes, the billing and shipping address of a credit card purchase must be identical in order for Alternative Groove to complete your transaction. Alternative Groove reserves the right to cancel any orders not matching this criteria or order flagged as potentially fraudulent in nature. Furthermore, Alternative Groove reserves the right to cancel any order, where the total purchase amount captured will be refunded in full.
